David Hertzog

David is a partner in the assurance
group at Cunningham LLP.

David specializes in all facets of automotive dealerships, including due diligence, financial reporting and advisory services. As well, David’s involvement in the Institute of Chartered Accountants panel discussions and constant review of accounting pronouncements enables him to stay current with the latest standards. Previous to Cunningham LLP, David was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years in the assurance group mainly performing audits for public companies. Subsequent to this role, David worked at BMO Bank of Montreal for two years in the internal reporting department assisting the director of Technology and Solutions.

He is a graduate of the University of Toronto Master of Management and Professional Accounting Program (MMPA).

David is a sports enthusiast, and enjoys weight lifting, tennis and spending quality time with his new family.
