Bookkeeping+ requires that we receive your records frequently so that we can record your sales in a timely manner to make sure you can follow up with your customers to get paid on time. We can also act as your collections department and follow-up with delinquent customers.

We also require supplier invoices frequently to make sure your suppliers are paid on schedule and you maintain good working relationships with the businesses that allow your company to prosper.

We can host your QuickBooks on our secure server. Our servers are subject to off-site back-ups and we use robust anti-virus software, daily back-ups, firewalls and passwords to protect the security and privacy of your records. If you would like to host your own QuickBooks, we can send you updated files after we update your books and you will be able to run your own reports to evaluate your business performance.
