Our bookkeeping service is ideal for situations where you are comfortable performing some of the finance functions, but you would like some help with other functions. Typically, you would be responsible for invoicing customers and paying suppliers, and we would be responsible for any or all of the following:

• Organizing and recording all revenue and expenditures
• Payroll
• Bank reconciliations
• HST remittances
• Hosting your QuickBooks

At month-end, or quarter-end, you send us your receipts for your expenses, your customer invoices for your sales as well as your bank statements and any other paperwork we would require. We will organize your papers, record your transactions in QuickBooks and make sure your books reconcile.

If you would like us to complete your government filings and remittances, you can also send us the appropriate forms and government communications and we will handle your returns. We can remit your employer payroll taxes, EHT, HST, WSIB and any other required documents.

We can host your QuickBooks on our secure server. Our servers are subject to off-site back-ups and we use robust anti-virus software, daily back-ups, firewalls and passwords to protect the security and privacy of your records. If you would like to host your own QuickBooks, we can send you updated files after we update your books and you will be able to run your own reports to evaluate your business performance.
