We helped our client make better use of their resources and drive performance

Situation

One of the key objectives in working with our automotive dealership clients is to provide smart solutions that can help them do business better, faster, and more effectively. A case in point, the financial institution of one of our automotive dealership clients had been requesting and receiving an Audit Report for several years. We believed there was a better and more cost efficient alternative.

Solution

At Cunningham's request, our client contacted their bank to discuss the possibility of having a Review Engagement Report issued rather than an Audit Report.

We were asked to meet with the bank to provide a thorough explanation of the differences between an Audit Report and a Review Engagement Report. There are two significant advantages of a Review Engagement Report to our clients - a reduced engagement fee and a reduced demand on the client's accounting staff at year-end.

Several months later, the bank was satisfied that a Review Engagement Report was sufficient and we are now issuing an annual Review Engagement Report to the client's bankers. Thanks to our experience and personal commitment, we help our clients make better use of their resources to ensure they go further.
